Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Agent Store (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including browsers and customers.

2. Services

OpenClaw Agent Store provides an AI agent marketplace where users can browse, purchase, and deploy ready-made AI agents built on the OpenClaw engine. We offer:

• Ready-made agents — pre-built, one-time purchase, full source code included
• Self-hosted deployment — agents are deployed on your own infrastructure

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Billing

Agent purchases are one-time payments processed through Lemon Squeezy. All sales include full source code delivered as a ZIP archive. Once the ZIP archive has been downloaded, the sale is considered final and no refund is available. Refunds may be issued only on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All agents sold on the marketplace are the intellectual property of OpenClaw Agent Store. Purchased agents are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased agents. OpenClaw Agent Store retains all rights to the store platform and its content. OpenClaw itself is a separate open-source project governed by its own license.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpenClaw Agent Store is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your purchased agents and their source code remain yours.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
